Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  We make every effort to ensure quality and are VERY careful about packaging.  If you are not satisfied, return the unopened item and will refund your payment except for shipping cost.  We cannot accept the return of opened items, unless they are defective.  As we sell only items that are still intact in their factory packaging, we cannot re-sell an item that has been opened.

A note on Pop Beads.  Before returning Pop Beads that seem difficult to put together, try the following:

1.     Put the beads somewhere warm (sit in the sun or in some warm water).

2.    Do not force beads together.  Each Pop Bead is a little different.

3.    If a hole seems too small or too big or if a connectorseems too big to fit, put that bead aside for now.  Go on to another bead.

4.    After popping all of the beads that fit together, go back to those put aside.  Usually the remaining beads fit each other.

5.    Discard any clearly defective beads.  Yes, rarely there are defective beads.
