Shipping Questions
Q. How do you calculate shipping?
A. Shipping is based on the weight of your purchase and your location. We charge for only our actual costs for postage and packing materials. There is no handling charge for our time. Lighter items are sent via First Class mail. Item over 13 ounces are sent via Priority mail. The cost of Priority mail depends on your location. The further you are from us (in Michigan), the more the post office charges to deliver the package. To determine what shipping might cost before choosing any items for your cart, check the Shipping Info link for example items, weights, and shipping costs.
Q. How long will it take for my package to arrive and how soon will you ship it?
A. We ship packages usually within 1 business day of receiving payment. First Class packages take from 1 to 5 days to arrive depending on how far you are from us (in Michigan). Priority mail packages take 1-2 days to arrive. All Priority packages are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number. International First Class packages have a delivery time of about two weeks. International Priority packages have a delivery time of 6-10 days. Depending on the country, customs can further delay a package. All international packages have a Custom’s Tracking Number which can be used to locate the package.
Q. Do you ship outside of the US?
A. We ship WORLDWIDE.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. Our schedule does not support picking up items. Please contact us if there is some special circumstance you would like to discuss.
Q. Hi from Mauritius. I would like to know your cheapest shipping cost to me for a 9-die Sizzix alphabet set. What is the cost to Ireland? Is it the same as the UK?
Payment Questions
Q. I want to pay with a credit card. Do you accept credit cards?
A. You can pay with a credit card, but it must be set up in Paypal as your method of payment.
Q. Will you accept check or money orders as payment?
A. Yes, we will accept a check or money order on any item that is not in limited supply. Items cannot be sent until the check clears, which can take 10 days.
There is no shipping delay for money orders.
Pop Bead Questions
Q. Are these beads made in China? Do they contain lead paint?
A. Many of our Pop Beads are made right here in the US. None of our beads are made in China or contain any lead paint.
Q. Will the color peel off these beads like the older Pop Beads did?
A. The color will never peel off of these beads as it goes all the way through the bead. It doesn’t just sit on the surface like older Pop Beads.
Q. What size are the Pop Beads?
A. We have several sizes. Our smallest, round Pop Beads are 10mm which is 3/8 inch not including the connector. Our next largest round Pop Bead is 12mm which is ½ inch not including the connector. Our Animal Pop beads are 12mm not including connector, ears, horns, etc. Our pearl, charm Pop Beads are 25mm which is 1 inch not including the connector.
Q. What color Pop Beads so you have?
A. We have 26 different colors of Pop Beads. We have the following bright colors: red, purple, hot pink, neon orange, yellow, lime, and turquoise. These come in the round Pop Bead and the Animal Pop Bead. We have the following pastel colors: lilac, pink, peach, yellow, mint, blue, and white. In primary colors, we have amethyst purple, red, orange, yellow, leaf green, royal blue, navy blue, aqua blue and black. In pearl Pop Beads, we have bright pink, bright green, bright orange, bright blue, bright purple, and bright yellow. These come in round Pop Beads and Charm Pop Beads.
Q. Do all of your Pop Beads fit together or just certain ones?
A. All of our Pop Beads fit each other.
Q. Do these animal pop beads fit together with the round pop beads we are having a party and wanted a large quantity of these beads but multiple styles.
A. Our animal Pop Beads fit with our round Pop Beads. All of our beads pop together regardless of size or style, including our pearl Pop Beads.
Q. Are these animal pop beads interchangeable with the plain round pop beads
A. all of our Pop Beads snap together! The animals snap with any of our round Pop Beads.
Q. How many beads are in a bag?
A. For our smallest, round Pop Beads (10mm), there are about 125 beads in a bag. When popped together, they will measure four feet. For our larger, round Pop Beads (12mm), there are 75 beads in a bag. When popped together, they will measure three feet. For the animal Pop Beads, there are 50 beads in a bag. When popped together, they measure about 30 inches. For the pearl, charm Pop Beads, there are 10 charms in a bag. When popped together, they measure 1 foot.
Q. How many beads are in 40 FT?
A. There are 1,250 beads in the 10 bags (40 feet). Each bead is 10mm (3/8 inch) not including the connector.
Q. What are the little rings for that are in each bag of beads?
A. These 10mm rings are spacers that fit between the beads for extra creative fun.
Q. Can I buy additional spacer rings?
A. We sell bags of just spacer rings. Each bag contains about 100 spacer rings and costs $1.00. These come either in one color to a bag or in mixes of colors in pastel, brights, primaries, or all colors. We also carry them in “jelly” spacers, which are transparent colors.
Q. In your takeout box gift set, About how many beads are in the box?
A. Hi, The box contains three bags of beads. The bag of animal Pop beads contains 50 beads. The bags of bright Pop Beads each contain about 125 beads. The total for all of the beads would be 300 beads.
Q. Could you please tell me what it would cost to post 10 bags of pop beads to Australia. I don't need the package tags.
A. Postage to send 10 bags of Pop Beads to Australia is $13.00 using either First Class mail or Priority Flat Rate Envelope. I could fit up to 15 bags into the Priority Flat Rate Envelope with no increase in shipping cost.
Q. How much for one bag of each color and a bag of the animal beads?
A. Each bag of beads is $1.00 so your cost would be $25.00 plus shipping (which depends on your zip code). We have 24 different colors of Pop Beads (not counting our pearl pop beads).
Q. I was interested in the 18 bags for $18.00.I would like to tell you the colors I want and I would also like if we could ship it in one box so I only have to pay $6.00 for shipping. I don’t need the tags on the bags if it means them all fitting in the box. Is that possible?
A. can provide 18 bags at the $6.00 shipping. The bags have to be put very tightly into the box, which means I probably can't attach the tags. I'll send you a Paypal invoice. Provide your color choice as a note in your payment or send me a separate email.
Q. How many beads are in each bag? We are using them at our Girl Scout Day camp and I need approx. 650 beads of 11 colors - how will that price out?
A. Our Pop Beads come in bags of 125 beads per bag. Each bag is $1.00. To have 650 beads, you will need 6 bags. I'd suggest you purchase 2 bags of each of our mixes of colors: primary, pastel, and bright. This would be more than 11 colors, however.
Q. I really want to buy about 18 different bags, each containing a different color. Are all of the colors actually available, just not listed? Can I get a discount on shipping because I am buying two items? I am a high school biology teacher and am spending my own money on something to use in the classroom to teach students about DNA, so saving a little money is always nice.
A. I'll be glad to sell you 18 bags for $18.00. Since you are using them for your class, they won't need the tags I usually attach which will save room in the box. I believe I can get 18 bags into a box that I can ship to you Priority mail for $6.00.
Q. Do you sell the link charms separately from the links?
A. Yes, we sell the links and charms separately. 10 link charms are $1.99 and 30 links are $1.00.
Q. I'm interested on a price for pop beads and enough alphabets for four names.
A. The alphabet charms are 20 cents each and each bag of Pop Beads are $1.00.
Custom Package Tags for Pop Beads Questions
Q. What does it mean to get customized package tags for the bags of Pop Beads?
A. It is fun to change the current wording The Princess’ Jewels to more personalized wording. We can put any short message in its place. We can even change the image from princesses and castles to any other image to suit the occasion such as balloon, cake, presents for parties.
Sizzix Questions
Q. Can Sizzlits dies be used in the sizzix Big Shot?
A. Sizzlits dies can be used in the Big Shot. All of the Sizzix dies that we sell work in the BigShot and BigKick machines. These dies work in all Sizzix-Ellison machines. Sizzlits, also, work in the Quickutz and Cuttlebug machines.
Q. Do you sell used dies?
A. No, we sell only new products still in their factory packaging.
